I am a healer and doula and also, a cook. The foundation of my work as a doula is my profound respect and appreciation for the birthing parent’s journey into parenthood. I offer a non-judgmental and caring approach to the birthing parent to be and family. I am supportive and will promote self-advocacy and curiosity. I will honor your decisions and show you compassion and encourage you through your labor experience. I am committed to offering support that is gentle and information that is evidence-based.

In 2020, I founded Mujer Fuerte. Mujer Fuerte provides full spectrum doula services that aims to empower and support expecting families throughout each step of the birthing process.

With BIPOC and many other marginalized communities at the heart and center of everything that we do we are committed to addressing injustices in the birth world and work to eliminate those injustices by providing support to the community directly. A little bit about me: I have a thing for collecting recipes from all over the world. I believe meditation can heal the soul. I LOVE to dance and move my body. My Dominican roots definitely taught me how to move my hips.
