I'm a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012. I'm certified in Ayurveda Wellness Coaching, Prenatal & Postpartum Massage, Thai Massage, Reiki and I'm a Yoga Coach.
I assist clients, both pregnant and non-pregnant, with self-care, forming new lifestyle habits, Ayurvedic diet in addition to my hands on bodywork.
I work at a couple of locations in Midtown, Union Square and the Lower East Side and offer in home appointments for clients who have a table and/ or mat for massage therapy sessions.
