About the Provider
I am a birth and postpartum doula, a certified lactation counselor and a mother of four. While researching and looking for a doula for my third pregnancy, I realized that being a doula was my calling to answer. The love, care and attention I received was something I needed to provide to other birthing people.
Though birthwork cannot ever be separated from advocacy, knowing how to advocate without being a mouthpiece for the birthing person is imperative. I am here to remind you what you already know - you are powerful, you have autonomy. I am your advocate, your teammate, your cheerleader, a guide. You are the expert on you.
As a doula, my practice is hands-on, evidence-based and heart-lead. It would be my honor to support you and your family during this sacred transition in your life.
