About the Provider

An ardent practitioner of holistic treatment, I am a board certified chiropractic neurologist that believes that treating neuromusculoskeletal ailments and functional neurological disorders requires a comprehensive understanding of the root causes of a patient’s condition. I am also an advocate for patient-centered care as I strive to provide each patient with a thorough understanding of what the cause of their problem. This is also so that I and the patient can take part in the individual's recovery as the approach to care may vary based on each patient's capacity for change and preferences in the methods used.

In addition to my qualifications in chiropractic, I began honing my passion during my undergraduate studies at Quinnipiac University. After obtaining a B.S. in Health Sciences with minors in Biology and Psychology, I developed an interest in holistic health and wellness while working in physical therapy environments (in- and out-patient facilities) for several years prior to attending National University of Health Sciences for my doctorate degree in chiropractic. Since bringing this skill to New York, I have established a sterling reputation in the surrounding medical community for my expertise in treating patients with spinal, extremity and neurological conditions. As of August of 2023, I will be working in Bennington Vermont and am looking forward to establishing myself within the local community.

In practice, I combine my knowledge and experience of how to appropriately incorporate functional neurology as well as utilizing diversified adjusting techniques, functional movement patterns, flexion distraction, corrective/performance exercise with an assortment of tools such as resistance bands, kettlebells, tool-assisted soft tissue, manual soft tissue, pin and stretch techniques, myofascial release, nerve flossing, performance taping, PIR, ultrasound, electric stimulus and Class IV warm laser techniques.
