We provide non-judgmental, goals-based support, for every body and every baby! Regardless of how you want to or need to feed, we are here to support you. 

For over a decade, Grace has helped families achieve their infant feeding goals and transition as joyfully and gently as possible into parenthood. As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, she offers families evidence-based care and support for common to complex infant feeding challenges. Her holistic, goals-based approach to lactation support is informed by her background in midwifery and birth/postpartum doula work in NYC, NC, India, and Malawi, and her work as a Reproductive Health Educational Consultant at Duke and UNC School of Medicine. Grace works closely with pediatricians, midwives, osteopaths, ENTs and other providers to help families achieve optimal feeding. She has extensive training and experience with issues such as Tethered Oral Tissues (tongue tie), cardiorespiratory disorders, and low milk supply. Grace accepts several forms of insurance. For out-of-network reimbursement, Grace's biller provides courtesy billing on behalf of the patient.

In addition to Grace, our team includes several other highly experienced LCs. Our LCs provide non-judgmental, goals-based care, all of whom operate at the skill level of an IBCLC. You are welcome to see one or a combination of all of the providers.
