Massage therapy requires verbal and non-verbal communication to create a more rewarding exchange,  and I make it my duty to listen carefully. I tap into my own wisdom and intuition to serve my clients with a mix of modalities and techniques that will assist them in finding balance within themselves. I continue to push to be an agent of change in my community, reminding others that self-care should be considered a right, not a privilege.
