Hi! I am Saira Kasper, a Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Garden City Prenatal Massage. In 2009, I graduated from the College Of Health Professions as a Licensed Massage Therapist and gained experience working in spas and gyms for 9 years I went on to expand my education in 2017 and received my Mother Massage certification with Elaine Stillerman and then in 2019 became a prenatal massage specialist with Rebecca Overson. I was inspired to get certified and specialize in prenatal massage after witnessing my wife's experience with massage during her pregnancy with our son. Then, working as a massage therapist in Spas, I saw first-hand how pregnant women were turned away during their 1st trimester or because of lack of knowledge on how to work with them and out of fear of hurting them or their baby.I made it my mission to offer relief from pain and discomfort to expecting moms and help them enjoy each trimester of their pregnancy. I am also passionate about educating and breaking down barriers and myths of pregnancy and massage therapy.I have since decided to refocus my studio to dedicate myself to supporting women throughout their pregnancies, postpartum and beyond, while also helping their partners to cope with aches and pains that come with the demands of a newborn.I love to help my clients feel supported and respected as their body changes during this very special time in a woman's life. My goal is to help you get relief from pain, sleep better, and help you connect more deeply with your body.
