You have everything you need. You possess abundant resources that are available to support you, within you. I believe therapy is relational alchemy and provides a mechanism for harnessing resources. As a therapist and clinical consultant, I provide a space for connection and healing with people who want to be active participants in their personal growth. I see myself as a partner and collaborator in our work together. I will support you to develop trust in yourself and gain clarity about how you want to live.

I work with people of many different racial, cultural and spiritual/religious backgrounds. Some of the concerns we seek to address include identity, career, conflict with family, relationships, trauma, substance use, illness, grief, death & dying. I support artists, students/educators, immigrants, therapists, healthcare and service workers.

I have an eclectic approach to my work which includes a blend of psychodynamic and somatic body based approaches. These approaches are rooted in ancient indigenous healing practices. In addition to therapy, I provide career coaching and consultation to clinicians and mental health professionals.
